Update
Unfortunately we had a serious problem with our old server/website at the end of last year which resulted in us not receiving lots of orders and emails. So please accept our sincerest apologies if you were one of those customers or enquirers, and never received a reply.
We have now changed our server though and created this lovely new website, so hopefully those problems will not re-occur.

Emailing:
I have to admit that I do struggle to answer the emails sometimes. Unfortunately I am the only one that can use the computer which means I have to do all of the admin, all of the updates (including ebay) and all of the book keeping. So when we are inundated with emails it is literally impossible to answer them all quickly.So please could I urge you to include your phone number on any emails so that Marina can call you when I am swamped? Thank you. xx
